Refleqtion - Import Transactions

Refleqtion is intended to allow the ISV / Merchant supply the QorCommerce payment platform with transactions and their corresponding results that have been processed by an external processor. QorCommerce will use these transactions to mainly facilitate settlement for deposits / payouts, billing, reconciliation and any operations that require transactional data.
