How to use Invoicing


Invoicing is an essential part of your business operations, as it helps maintain a record of financial transactions, ensures payment for goods and services, and provides transparency for both the you and your customers.

Invoicing Lite is a module that allows you to create invoices by selecting companies or contacts, selecting ‘terms of payment’ (i.e. net 30), individual products and quantities, adding appropriate sales taxes, discounts and fees and emailing the detailed invoice to your customer for payment on-line (via our Customer Portal) at their convenience.

Invoicing keeps track of Paid, Due and Outstanding Invoices as well as providing an aging of your invoiced receivables.
